Equine and Canine Training
I take a positive, rewards-based approach to animal training that emphasizes communication, trust, and mutual respect. I work with dogs and equines of all ages and skill levels, tailoring my methods to each animal’s unique needs and abilities. At McClain Animal Training, my mission is to provide top-quality animal training services that help canines or equines and their owners build strong, lasting relationships. I believe that every animal deserves the chance to learn and grow, and I’m committed to making that happen for as many clients and their companions as possible.

Hello fellow animal lovers!
I have been training animals of all kinds for most of my life. I have professionally trained cats, dogs and exotics for 5 years in both the Columbus Zoo (Ohio) and Jacksonville Zoo (Florida). I have also been working with horses for the past 10+ years In disciplines like Endurance, Trail, Eventing and have recently started studying liberty. I believe that all animals can be trained and learn to trust with time and patience. When I train an animal I plan to expose them to as many experiences and situations as possible when they are ready. ”What we train today we see tomorrow”
